Loving a Hunt: Priceless

Eastern Sky Guiding Booking Terms & Conditions*

Hunts must be a minimum of 3 days with a minimum of 4 people per group.
It is preferred if the booking is done in advance to reserve your spot. However, we can accommodate a last-minute booking if necessary.  
Please contact us to book a hunt, customize a hunt, and ask any questions you may have. 

Deposit & Final Payment

Eastern Sky Guiding Services requires a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold your dates. The remaining 50% cost of the hunt is due one month prior to arrival.
We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express. 

Cancellations

Due to an extremely short season and high prep activity, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. 
The payment received one month prior to the scheduled hunt is also non-refundable.
If you find a hunter to take your place, we will honour that.

Additional Costs

Things to keep in mind when joining us for a hunt:

• Migratory Bird Stamp

• Waterfowl hunting license

• Accommodations if not hunting on arrival date.

• Bird processing

• Travel to and from airports, as well as rental vehicles

• Shells

• Tax

• Meals and Drinks (Coffee Supplied). Meals can be prepared upon request.
